WORD PROCESSING
Processing Document:   How do you know a document has been processed?

When you would have performed any of the followings tasks or manipulated a document doing any of the following, then you would have processed that document:
  • ·       Word art – insert then click on word art then type
  • ·       Water mark – click page layout to add watermark; then page background then watermark
  • ·       Page colour – click page layout then page colour
  • ·       Hyperlink
  • ·       Font color
  • ·       Background color
  • ·       Highlight
  • ·       Bullet points
  • ·       Page orientation
  • ·       Page numbers
  • ·       Tables

·                 Day
·                 Time
·                 Details
·                 Monday
·                 8:00 am
·                 Unlimited Praise!!!
·                 Tuesday
·                 10:00 am
·                 Non-stop worship!

  • ·       Page border
  • ·       Bold
  • ·       Underline
  • ·       Italics
  • ·       Font size
  • ·       Fill in

Today we also looked at how to change the orientation of a single page as opposed to changing an entire document.

We focused on processing a document using Microsoft Word.

Additionally we learnt about Netiquette - etiquette used online when communicating appropriately. Since the internet is changing rapidly so are the rules for using it properly. Netiquette is all about respecting other users’ views and displaying common courtesy when posting your views online.

Here are some Netiquette Rules:
  1.              Identify yourself and use a salutation and close with your name
  2.     Use a subject line
  3.     Avoid sarcasm… Person may take it the wrong way
  4.     Respect others’ privacy
  5.     Acknowledge and return messages promptly
  6.     Copy with caution.. Spam
  7.     Be concise
  8.     Use appropriate language: good grammar and spelling
  9.     Appropriate emoticons (emotion icons)
  10.     No spam (junk mail)

Attention: This Reflection has been PROCESSED! :)
